Since 2011, at A Grateful Mind, our programs, services and partner networks have provided paths to recovery from homelessness, domestic abuse and economic and housing challenges. We provide each individual with a case manager to coordinate a multi faceted team of professionals who work together to help identify individual or root causes of their crisis situation.
We realize that there is no "one size fits all" model and respect that each individual is different. We provide unique service plans and services to customize the needs of the person. Our person-centered approach fosters empowerment and open doors to opportunities for all we serve. Our goal and job is to never leave anyone empty handed of resources or referrals, to help everyone we serve rebuild their lives (and that of their children) with dignity, pride and purpose restored self-sufficiency.
