Our Mission:
A Grateful Mind International is a 501c3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide immediate humanitarian relief to individuals & families who are experiencing a crisis; while providing them access to educational resources that will empower them to move beyond their crisis.
Impact Statement:
A Grateful Mind (AGM) is a Community Outreach Services agency that provides a comprehensive and vertically integrated approach uniquely designed to address root causes of homelessness and poverty for socioeconomic development to achieve sustainable self-sufficiency. The populations served: Individuals, Families with children: Seniors, Veterans, Youth and Non-violent re-entry citizens that are at-risk and/or experiencing homelessness. AGM Services: Emergency Crisis Assistance (individualized case management, food, clothes, treatment referrals, housing referrals), Educational Resources (scholarships, education, career training, employment referrals). Partnership network: public/private/corporate/foundations and other entities to provide a network that can help deliver a seamless continuum of care, transitional housing and employment and/or resources including funding to achieve financial stability & sustainability.

Impact Goal:
Prioritize and utilize the "Housing First" approach as a means of healthcare for individuals that are experiencing the trauma of homelessness. Instrumental in capacity building education for low-income individuals and families with children experiencing a crisis. Improved return on investment of funds, time and resources; efficiencies in services and results for partners and stakeholders.

For A Grateful Mind’s visible social and economic impact to unite individuals and families, feed, clothe and educate the least of them, provide affordable housing to stabilize neighborhoods, empower the downtrodden, and create vibrant, viable communities
