A Grateful Mind engages with a network of for-profit and non-profit social business enterprises to create employment and training opportunities to help individuals transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency. Individuals with significant employment barriers, such as re-entry, lack of skills training, and poor credit history, benefit from A Grateful Mind’s social enterprise business model. Homeless men and women, veterans, and individuals returning to the community re-enter the job market with essential skills.

As we progress with this program using the research-based Integrated Education and Training (IET) model, A Grateful Mind will be positioned on the front line to transform lives and boast an impressive return on investment; with a host of AGM Trained Graduates, equipped to be gainfully employed, support themselves and their families, paying taxes, and being productive citizens, contributing to their respective communities.
